With more than 20 years of successful experience in conveying fiscal, strategical, and operational leadership during complex and challenging situations, Ali Babaie has managed to establish, maintain and cultivate a result-oriented and dynamic business model, facilitating development of the organization, with the mindset of serving the Iranian community, embedded in routine practice of all employees, in multiple aspects.

Ali Babaie is the CEO, founder and initiator of multiple companies, in several areas of activities, such as pharmaceuticals, supplements, medical devices, FMCG and biotechnological start-ups. In brief, a few prominent professional attributes of Ali Babaie, can be summarized as below:

Ali Abtahi, a graduate in Industrial Engineering from Sharif University of Technology (B.Sc.) and MBA (initially with a concentration in Strategy, later shifted to Marketing) from the University of Tehran (M.Sc.), joined HITCO Holding in June 2013 after gaining professional experience in both domestic and international companies in the field of industrial engineering. He began his career in the group as a medical representative at Tamin Darou Tehran.

Thanks to his outstanding capabilities, along with HITCO’s strong culture of succession planning and the founder’s belief in employee training, development, and promotion, he advanced through various key roles in the organization, including: Marketing Supervisor, Brand Manager, Business Support Manager, International Trade Manager, Deputy of Sales & Marketing, Deputy of Supply Chain, Executive Board Member, Deputy CEO of the Group and more (sometimes holding overlapping positions).

In 2022, he was appointed CEO of Tamin Darou Tehran Company, the first company established under HITCO. During his tenure, he played a vital role in the company’s growth and development, achieving remarkable results through his strategic and managerial expertise. Building on these achievements and his broad experience in diverse domains, in 2024 he was first appointed as a Board Member and later as CEO of HITCO Holding.

In addition, Mr. Abtahi has served as: • Member and Chairman of the Board of Tamin Shafa Pars (from its establishment until 2020) • Member, Chairman of the Board, and Executive Director of Shayan Tavan Espadan (2020–2022) • Board Member of Exon Salamat Tamin (2023–2024) • Board Member of Dian Darou Tamin (2024–2025).

Dr. Maryam Habibi earned her Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D.) degree from Islamic Azad University in 2002. Her early passion for industrial pharmacy led her to begin her professional career in 1999 at Hakim Pharmaceutical Company, even before completing her studies. With over two decades of impactful experience in the pharmaceutical industry, she has contributed to diverse areas including product R&D, quality control, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs.

This broad professional journey has provided her with in-depth expertise in contract manufacturing management, licensed production, and technology transfer. Since 2019, Dr. Habibi has been collaborating with HITCO Holding and in 2022 she was appointed as the CEO of Rasta Imen Darou. With a strong focus on innovation, continuous enhancement of quality standards, and expansion of international collaborations, she plays a pivotal role in advancing the strategic objectives of the Holding.

Eng. Saeed Maleknia earned a Biomedical Engineering bachelor's degree from Amirkabir University of Technology. He began his professional career in 2010 as Head of Nationwide Sales at Tamin Darou. He served as the representative of GUM in Iran for six years, his success paving the way for senior managerial roles at HITCO Holding. He subsequently served as CEO of Tamin Darou Tehran in the cosmetics and personal care business and CEO of Exon Salamat Tamin, where he oversaw centralized sales and marketing of the Holding's entire portfolio of medicines and nutritionals.

Again appointed in 2024 as the CEO of Tamin Darou Tehran, he was selected on account of his all-around experience, visionary market strategy and efficient executive leadership. Maleknia is one of the lead creators of HITCO Holding's management framework.

Dr. Fatemeh Bakhshi holds a Ph. D. in Industrial Microbiology from Islamic Azad University. She began her professional life at the Razi Institute for Serum and Vaccine Research, serving in the anaerobic vaccines department. With a deep focus on applied research, she then joined the National Institute of Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology to contribute to various scientific projects. Shifting focus to the private pharmacy sector, she gained significant experience in the production and creation of specialist and sports supplements.

Since 2021, Dr. Bakhshi has also served as Pak Salamat Tamin CEO, a member of HITCO Holding. Utilizing her scientific acumen, technical orientation, and foreign standard expertise, she played a major role in creating and nurturing business relationships with the world's prominent companies—efforts that have facilitated the transfer of technology, the enhancement of product quality and the introduction of competitive supplements into Iranian markets.

Her unique blend of scientific expertise, industrial awareness, and market-strategic management has earned her one of the most influential executives in Iran's nutritional and sports supplements industry.

Majid Houshangi, holding a Master’s degree in Executive Management (EMBA) from the University of Tehran and a Bachelor’s degree in Materials and Metallurgical Engineering from the Iran University of Science and Technology (IUST), is a highly capable manager and entrepreneur with over 14 years of professional experience in operations management, production, and business development.

He began his professional career in major industrial sectors as a workshop supervisor and technical expert. Subsequently, in one of the Iran’s largest knowledge-based companies (active in advanced industries and aerospace), he held key responsibilities such as “Production Manager” and “Executive Vice President.” In these roles, he successfully led a large team across various departments, including human resources, finance, commerce, and research project planning. His professional portfolio also includes serving as the “Vice President of Organizational Development and Human Capital” at the Health Investment Tamin Holding.

In the realm of entrepreneurship and investment, Mr. Houshangi has a proven track record of establishing, localizing, and managing end-to-end operations for several industrial production lines (including electronic products in the heating sector and networking equipment). This involved implementing operational systems and establishing robust sales networks. Currently, he serves as the founder and Executive Director of a company active in the supply chain and e-commerce sector.

The combination of his foundational engineering knowledge and expertise in executive management, coupled with his mastery of operational planning and the implementation of organizational systems, has made him an impactful leader in the development, optimization, and creation of innovative and industrial businesses.
