Together, towards something more humane

HITCO treats its responsibility to society, to the country and to every one of its people not as a choice but as part of its purpose. We believe that together we can build a healthier, better-informed and more humane future.

Family, education, health

Family, education and health are our three founding values.

Alongside our specialist work in pharmaceuticals and medical equipment, we have made humanitarian and public-benefit projects part of our agenda.

We are committed to helping build a healthier, kinder society — together.

  • Social responsibility

Our commitment to better quality of life through education, health and the development of vital infrastructure.

  • Access to health

Working towards fair access to advanced treatment services and medical equipment.

  • Support for families

Strengthening family life and supporting children and young people towards a brighter future.

Flagship projects

The values of the HITCO holding fully comply with its actual actions, by which it attempts to promote courtesy and morality in the community. This group has conducted multiple humanitarian projects, of which the highlights may be the establishment of the first thoracic and cardiovascular post-surgery Intensive Care Unit (ICU), in 2017, in the Imam Khomeini university-hospital complex, and the founding of two educational centres in under-developed areas of the country, in 2020 and 2023. A twelve-classroom technical school in Haftgel, Khuzestan and a three-classroom school in the Mandan district of Choram, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad are both under construction and each over 90% complete. It is hoped that by sharing these spirit-lifting activities, further commercial organisations will join in to perform similarly, while HITCO holding remains open to any sort of cooperation in the same context.
