The first evaluation center meeting

The first evaluation center meeting for evaluating the development of Hitco managers was held on January 1st. The Hitco holding holds such meetings to know managers’ improvable strength points so that we can plan future development courses and meetings.

We, in Hitco’s HR department, are trying to use the experience of active groups in development and recruitment evaluation centers and accurate and new tools in order to recognize the characteristics of managers. Based on these characters and the results of such meetings, we always try to develop managers’ skills.
