CrossFit Championship Held in Alborz Province with Support from NutraBio
The Alborz Province CrossFit Championship was held at the specialized CrossFit sports complex in Fardis County, with the goal of selecting the best team to represent the region at the national competition. These professional-level competitions were conducted for the 18–34 age group, featuring intense matchups between the province’s top athletes.
During this one-day event, which concluded on Friday, February 21st, NutraBio supported the athletes by offering product samples and introducing its line of specialized supplements. This initiative was well received by the participants and enthusiasts of sports nutrition and professional supplements.
At the end of the competition, the two-man team of brothers Morteza and Soroush Sadeghat was selected as the top team, earning the right to compete in the national championships. Morteza Sadeghat, an international CrossFit champion and runner-up in the Asian Games, stood out as one of the top performers in the tournament.
CrossFit is a combination of strength and endurance training that includes weightlifting, plyometrics, powerlifting, gymnastics, calisthenics, and other advanced exercises. The sport aims to improve overall physical fitness, including endurance, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, and balance, and has gained a vast following worldwide.
